　　”Boom” another muffled sound. But this time it came from Lu Huixue.
　　
　　Her eyes were red and she was breathing heavily, she gripped Xu Yang’s neck in a death grip and slammed her against the wall with one hand. “Xu Yang.” She gritted her teeth.
　　
　　It hurt. Whether it was her back or her head, Xu Yang was irritated out of saline, and could barely breathe while her next was being squeezed by Lu Huixue – but Lu Huixue wasn’t forceful. She knew that Lu Huixue was restraining herself, but Lu Huixue still did this to her. ‘Why? Because I killed someone? Because I killed a stranger?’
　　
　　Xu Yang couldn’t tell if she felt disappointed or something. She should have known better. It was better to be alone during the Apocalypse.
　　
　　”Why don’t you…” believe me. Lu Huixue loosened her grip and regretted it again as she watched Xu Yang leaned over and coughed in distress. She couldn’t say how mortified she was, “Xu Yang, you killed him.”
　　
　　”I want to know the reason, the real reason. You aren’t a person who would do something like this with no reason.”
　　
　　”What if I am?” Xu Yang laughed again as she raised her hand to cancel the summon of the little dragon and the dark knight, “What do you want?”

　　She passed by a street corner and saw a broken and fallen sign that read “Shamao Street”. A hundred or two meters further, she saw a sign with the word “subway” on it.
　　
　　‘A subway? It should be full of zombies. I’ll be taking a stroll around the perimeter, so there shouldn’t be anything wrong, right?’ Xu Yang had a feeling that she was about to level up to level 6.

The day of the zombie apocalypse, when she was going to the subway to take the train, everyone was screaming, heading out in a group, she was the only one who was on a leisure bathroom break. After she came out and was about to wash her hands, she saw the zombie whose half of her brain was knocked off by the baton coming towards her. Xi Yemu was so shocked that she immediately rushed back into the toilet and closed and locked the door. her heart beating violently while she heard screams and cries for help from outside, her whole body felt wrong.
　　
　　And then, she discovered that she seemed to have awakened her power, when she was very thirsty and wanted water, she discovered that she could conjure it! With a suitcase full of food, she survived on frugality.
　　
　　But it was no use. She was trapped here. More than once Xi Yemu had imagined that the army would come here to get her out, but it was completely impossible for the army to come here. She tried to send a distress signal, but every time she didn’t attract human, instead, she attracted a large group of zombies. She remembered the sounds made from the zombies’s claws that was scratching on the door, Xi Yemu hugged herself and shivered, she had no way out.
　　
　　Her food had been consumed a day ago. She could barely survive on water alone. But she also knew that she was afraid that she might not really survive.

However, in the next second, the black-armored knight that appeared from nowhere decapitated the head of 1★ zombie with a sword, and the knight didn’t stop after killing the zombie. Instead, he turned around and got into the zombie herd. He didn’t seem to be afraid of being bitten by a zombie at all.
　　
　　Xi Yemu blinked, and she saw the girl was looking straight at her, and then walked closer.

XWV: Okay, one of the hardest part to tl in this novel is down, and Xu Yang found a temp team mate, water user (reservoir) Xi Yemu! Ah and yes, Lu Huixue’s hidden ability was her berserk state when facing 2★ zombies and Xu Yang, it was written in few chapters agon that in her last life it was triggered when she was pushed by a certain girl towards a zombie herd (we will meet that white lotus b*tch later).
